Blair Castellanos is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Steinbrecher & Span LLP.  She is an experienced corporate and transactional attorney licensed to practice in California and New York.  Her practice areas include corporate, transactional, business entity structuring and formation, corporate governance, M&A, entertainment, social media, contract and intellectual property law.  Ms. Castellanos enjoys working with businesses of all types from their initial structuring to their sale or dissolution and everything in-between.  She has also practiced civil litigation and represented clients in mediation related to corporate disputes, breach of contract, fraud, real estate, unlawful detainers and family law. 

Ms. Castellanos earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she acted as president of the International Law Society and represented Pepperdine at the International Moot Court competition at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, United Kingdom.  She also earned the Certificate in International and Comparative Law and the Straus Certificate in Dispute Resolution.  She worked as the legal summaries editor for the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary.  During her time at Pepperdine, Ms. Castellanos took part in the London Program in which she worked as a legal intern with British Internal Investment, f/k/a CDC Group, PLC and participated in the Global Justice Program in India.  Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama from UC Irvine, where she earned honors in musical theatre.

Ms. Castellanos is a member of the American Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association and Provisors. She lives in Pasadena with her husband and silky terrier and enjoys volunteering, cooking, traveling, reading, history and hiking.
