Craig Stein has a range of litigation and corporate experience, having served as General Counsel of a publishing company and later as a partner and trial lawyer in a business law firm.  He began practicing law in New York City with the firm of Wilens & Baker. In 1980 he moved to California, having accepted the position of Vice-President and General Counsel for Ritter Geller Communications, an international publishing company, located in Santa Monica. 

In 1983, Mr. Stein joined a Los Angeles law firm which became known as Chung, Tinberg and Stein and embarked on his career choice as a trial lawyer specializing in complex business litigation.  

In 2003, the Public Justice Foundation nominated Mr. Stein for Trial Lawyer of the Year for his work on behalf of Mr. Wollersheim in Wollersheim v. the Church of Scientology of California.  Mr. Stein's representative clients include Fortune 500 companies, such as Cintas Corporation, international corporations such as New World Travel, Inc., and local businesses such as Crest Steel Corporation and Active Sales Co., Inc.
