Jeremiah (“Jeremy”) Swett represents clients in many industries and in a wide variety of business and commercial litigation. He has litigated cases in both state and federal courts, in disputes involving breach of contract (including commercial leases, partnership agreements, and purchase and operating agreements), alter ego claims, legal ethics, violations of business and professional codes, and violations of California employment laws. He has also provided counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and internal investigations.

Mr. Swett received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and is admitted to practice in California. He received B.A. degrees in Philosophy and History from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is a member of the Litigation, Remedies and Barrister Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
